In order to make one of them, take one of the base elements, a wineglass for instance, fill it with water up to the middle and place your candle in it. At this point, you can leave it just like that, or continue the project. You may design the actual holders with lace, flowers or beads, or you may put some tiny decorations inside the holder (like colorful stones, flowers or flower petals, water lilies, artificial leaves, seashells). Another cool option is to dye the water with a food coloring of your choice.
